If Ikhtibar does not start :
1.
Use Internet Explorer 8+, Chrome or Firefox 3+ only
2.
Set Screen resolution to 1024*768
3. If using Internet Explorer : Go to Tools-> Internet Options
-> Privacy and REMOVE the checkmark on "Turn on Pop-up Blocker".
4. If using Firefox : Goto Tools -> Options -> Content
and REMOVE the checkmark on "Block pop-up windows"
5. If using Chrome : Goto Settings->Show Advanced Settings -> under Privacy : Content Settings -> Move scroller down to Pop-ups and Select "Allow all sites to show pop-ups"
